It sounds like you have been under lots of stress
Everyone may be different regarding diet. But, in my observation, excess intake of caffeine may cause irritability and anxiety
to some people.
You may have allergic reaction to some foods.
Regarding diets for depression,
eating foods rich in antioxidants, healthy carbs and fiber,
protein-rich foods, omega-3 fatty acids such as fatty fish (anchovy, mackerel, salmon, sardines, shad, and tuna), flaxseed, and nuts.
Sources alpha-linolenic acid (another type of omega-3 fatty acid): flaxseed, canola oil, soybean oil, walnuts, and dark green leafy vegetables are recommended.
