Because I am not certain by your question whether or not you have had a full work up with a Board Certified Urologist, the treatment for E.D. can range from medications( some of which I see you have tried) other medical interventions, pumps, implants, surgery as well as ab array of psychotherapy techniques.
These include: stress reduction and relaxation techniques, cognitive behavioral approaches and hypnosis.
The following provides a complete list of intervetions:
1- If you haven't had a complete workup from a Board Certified Urologist.....do so.
2- Consult your Doctor about other medical interventions
3- Consider engaging the assistance of a therapist trained in treating erectile dysfunction.
