If a person with a vitamin b12 level of the 357 and has a dx

Resolved Question:

If a person with a vitamin b12 level of the 357 and has a dx of bipolar disease is thier a link and is this level of vitamin b12 a normal value. Also this person is low in vitamin D.

Also could low levels of vitamin b12 be a reason for a person being disoriented meaning they have a hard time finding places when they are driving to new places or trying to find new places where they are going.

Hello, I am a psychiatrist.

A vitamin B12 level of 357 is well into the normal range.

There is no link between vitamin B12 and bipolar disorder. Likewise, there is no link between vitamin D and bipolar disorder, although people can become depressed with a low vitamin D level.

People don't usually become disoriented with a vitamin B12 deficiency, but they may have memory problems which could lead to disorientation.
