Hello, I am a psychiatrist.
To answer this, it really depends on what she's already taking, as well as her overall medical condition. Since you do not know what all she is taking, medication-wise, about all I can suggest is plain old Benadryl. Benadryl is a reasonable choice from the angle of it's less apt to cause elderly people to fall than some of the other sleep medications. Do not give it to her, though, without discussing it with her doctor.
