Dr. Ed Wilfong :

Brain damage will depend on drug of choice but generally be a diffuse, global death of neurons throughout brain. It is tough to determine precise deficits, but impulsivity, memory loss are common. Damage to liver and pancreas are likely as well as other organs, likely before cognitive deficits are obvious. The cognitive deficits sound genetic , at least in part. Without intervention -medical, psychiatric, CD, this pattern is one that is likely to spend time in and out of jail. What if......? it would be very tragic.
