Is there a connection between enuresis and mental health. I have lived with Enuresis for 23 years and three years or so ago I was dignoised with bipolar disorder. Is there a connection between the two. I'm currently 25.

Yes, there may be a connection between your enuresis and bipolar disorder.

Enuresis may be caused by:
a small bladder, a hormone imbalance, ADD/ADHD, Stressful events,
Urinary tract infection, Sleep apnea, Diabetes, Chronic constipation
Anatomical defect.

If you have Bipolar disorder, you also have ADD/ADHD.
So, your enuresis may have to do with medical condition and/or ADD/ADHD.

ADD/ADHD is different from Bipolar disorder.
ADD refers to Attention difficulty.
ADHD refers to Attention difficulty, hyperactivity, impulsivity and irritability.

People with Bipolar disorder have ADD or ADHD.
People with ADD/ADHD doesn't always have Bipolar disorder.
