I am trying to emotionally "divorce" my toxic parents. It is difficult and I feel guilty. Does anyone know of an online support group that might be helpful for me? I am struggling with the letting go even though I know I have to do this for my own sanity!
Optional Information: Gender: Female Age: 51 Already Tried: Couseling but I am almost out of sessions on my plan!
