Hello,
I am sorry to hear your daughter continues to make bad choices. Generally in situations like this it best to stop giving money altogether. People generally stop making bad choices when they run out of options. Then the only way to go is up when they hit the bottom. If it's too hard to stop all together you may consider only giving money to fill the gas tank up or anything directly related to better decision making.
