You do have some symptoms of PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The treatment of choice is cognitive-behavioral therapy, which I do recommend, so that you can learn strategies for coping with the symptoms. You may also try EMDR, which is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprograming therapy, used for trauma.
This is very treatable, and seeing a specialist in PTSD will make your life much more pleasant.
