Resolved Question:

What would be the appropriate answer for an 11 yr old boy diagnosed with severe depression, who wishes to know why he needs to take Fluoxetine, and what does it do? His mother wants to know of possible side effects, and what an initial dose would be? She and her son also want to know how the dose rate is decided, and would psychotherapy assist to lift the depression.
