So, my best advice to you is to seek care, from a Dr who specializes in Heat Stroke- ask your local hospital , medical school &/or medical association.

with best wishes,

I am sorry, but you have not told me anything that I did not already know. I have been to more than one doctor and they all say the same thing. But not anything that will help me overcome my problem.

I therefore do not accept your answer as sound advise.

I'm sorry you're not satisfied, but I spent time on your behalf
trying to find a solution.
the best i could come up with was information- that you can use to take to any Dr, or for disability if needed,
& advice to seek specialty care- which still stands-
Have you seen specialists in heat problems?
If not, do so.
