JA: What's the make/model/year of your truck? Engine type?

Customer: Tried looking for clutch switch In, Under and under hood

Have you looked under the dash? Usually the switch is like a brake switch and is under dash, where it is not affected by the elements.

looked under the dash, all the way down transmission, floor near clutch pedal and under hood cannot locate factory switch

Had my hand all the way over the clutch pedal over the cross shaft all the way down to tranny no wiring harness or switch found

No switch that is protruding from the firewall, that the clutch touches when it moves with foot? Will not be on the linkage, but touched by linkage.
