I have 2005 Frightliner Columbia C13 cat and I coolant leak

I have 2005 Frightliner Columbia C13 cat and I coolant leak couldn't find with pressure and there is thick white grease thing coming from breather hose
JA: What is the complete model and serial number of your machine?
Customer: Don't know
JA: Are you fixing this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: My mechanic pressure checked could find and we opened the head cover there is white thick grease inside too
JA: Anything else you want the equipment mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Every 3 weeks I put a gallon of antifreeze. What causes that thick white grease to come from breather and where that antifreeze could go

The thick white grease you are seeing is what antifreeze and oil look like mixed. I see this a lot.
You coolant is going into your crankcase.
To find where it's coming from. I like to drop the oil pan and pressurize the cooling system. It could be coming from the water pump, head gasket, or a cylinder liner.Please reply back if you need more help or have more questions. I am happy to assist.
