I had the flex pipe changed and I believe this mechanic did

I had the flex pipe changed and I believe this mechanic did something to my turbo because I don't hear it and I have no pulling power I think he disconnected something would guess what it mite be

Turbo is controlled by a turbo actuator rod . Do you see external linkage that the turbo base, that has to move and change the flow of exhaust to the turbocharger?
