cummins engines need to have those filters in at all times,I do believe do have a blowby problem ie:rings

Expert:  go-west.. replied 2 months ago.

If you are experiencing crankcase problems rings more than likely are the cause..

Expert:  go-west.. replied 2 months ago.
Wow
Can I help you with anything else?
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Are you sure this is the pistons rings causing all this on my truck ?
Expert:  go-west.. replied 2 months ago.
If you see anything out of the ordinary on the liners like scuffing then yes also inspect the valve seals
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I don't see anything a lot of things looks recent there is no ride on head or head bolts liners look new and doesn't seem to be any wear what valve seals
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Will the valve seals will that cause to leak though the crank case breather
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
When I pulled the cam gears they came off very smoothly and the cam bearing looks like there is no wear
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
This has been worked on already I've only had it for like 2 months
Expert:  go-west.. replied 2 months ago.
OK
The valve seals are on the top side off the head, they won't cause the amount of crankcase gas your making
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Are you sure ?? Then the only cusse that would make my crankcase filter clogged with oil is the position ring?? What would of happened the mechanic installed them wrong ?whay do you recommend me to do I have my head out already I was going to go get it tested tormorow
Expert:  go-west.. replied 2 months ago.
OK on the head, good idea.
seized or broken Piston rings
Polished and or stuffed liners can also cause pressure.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok I will send pic of the liner and tell me how they look is you can see and scuffed liners or damaged rings
Expert:  go-west.. replied 2 months ago.
OK
