I have a 2013 Kenworth T660 with a Paccar engine. That is losing a fan clutch. Is there any way to make it direct so that he can limp the truck in?

Paccar uses 2 style of fan clutches, electric and air. Which do you have? If air, unplug the electrical connector to the solenoid that is at the firewall. Chase the line from the clutch and you will see the solenoid.

If it is electrical, then the issue is most likely the coolant temp sensor and it only locks in when there is power to pin A on the fan clutch. You will need to run a wire to it for it to stay locked in.
