There is no adjustnemtn for the power steering pump.
Did you have an alignment done? If there are too many shims causing the castor to be off, it will cause hard steering.
I suggest getting the alignment done fist and while on the rack, have them adjust the steer box for you as well. There is an adjuster on the steer box that can loosen the steering some, but it is more for response in the wheel on your shaft play versus the actual steering ability.
Now you could have a bad filter in the pump reservoir (if yours has the filter which is indicated by having a larger removable top on the filter reservoir) or a pump worn and going bad.
