what you are describing is the trans module/solenoid

is malfunctioning, it is going into netural

and the is the REV, need to get it to a shop and have the codes read

Ok I had a dead pedal issue recently too so the local shop suggested it was the accelerator position sensor but replacing that made no difference.

Could the teams solenoid cause that?

Yes , the the TPS , (throttle position sensor )

would not cause this

you have a issue with the trans solenoid(S)

I suggest you get to a trans shop

they know what they are doing ( or should)

run the lap top on it
