I have a loud knock on my Mercedes MBE 4000 engine.. Did a Dyno and nothing, tried to run an additive to clean out injectors nothing.. Truck runs fine, no power lost, not running hot, oil pressure still good, no excess smoke, just a loud knock coming from under the engine annoyimg
