The 4-53 has oil cooler in the oil filter housing area. The oil cooler will put engine oil in the coolant. Buy not water in the oil, as the oil pressure is higher than the water pressure. You say it has water in the engine oil? Head gasket is common source of water in the oil. You also have water in the hydraulic fluid? What is application? Is there an oil cooler in the radiator?

What is engine in? Could the water have been added by accident or vandalism?
