I really need help on this one. I have a 2005 International

Customer Question

I really need help on this one.
I have a 2005 International 4900 w/ a 466. 415,000 miles on truck. I installed a new longblock. during the test drive after repair, one of the air charge pipes popped off due to a loose clamp. Now a crank and no start. Could be coincidence, no wiring damaged. We did also have a slow crank due to loose or dirty starter / ground cable connections but repaired it. Had a bunch of injector codes going active to inactive. SID4 FMI5 , SID5 FMI5, SID6 FMI5, SID1 FMI6 , SID2 FMI6, SID3 FMI6. I checked every connector throughout the whole engine harness, battery harness etc... Looking at a schematic, I noticed a ground signal wire on the ECM relay dead. I introduced a ground which triggered the relay. Still no start, all codes went away except now a SID155 FMI7.
I had the ECM/IDM tested at a local dealer. All ok. I figured maybe wiring harness being aged. I replaced the harness. Now getting the one code, SID155 FMI7 with still a crank and no start.
Can I get some help on this? I rechecked all connectors over and over and not seeing anything.
Thanks

Hi my name is***** will be glad to help. Bare with me while I pull up the information for your code.

that converts to flash code 543-IDM faults not received. Check and verify power from the IDM relay and your power and grounds to the ECM and IDM. Check the inline fuses between the battery box and ECM and for a faulty IDM relay.
