Volvo L70g 2014 problem code 15 -2 pops on dash . It starts up has power but when you give it gas it stutters

That code is related to the emissions system regeneration failure. Either you have cancelled the re gen to many times and now the soot level is too high or there is a failed component that is not allowing the re gen to complete. If the soot level is beyond the parked re gen 130-140 % then a Volvo service tech will need to come out and reset and diagnose the failure point.
