I have international 4200 with a VT 365 engine, truck ignition would open but no start, sent ECM for check and it was communicating working ok, no faults detected through scanner (NETIQ, BOSCH) . . . what might be the problem??Thank you in advance.

will it start if you hit it with starting fluid

we have checked the wiring fuse boxes fuses ground wires everything seems ok, I sent the driver to pick up the ECM from the International right now

That needs to be .19 volts

Your meter is showing to be on ohms

not volts

1 wire is ground,

1 wire is 12+ volts

other wire is .19 volts ,key on
