02 century freight my AC blows cold while idling but as soon as I start driving feels like reg outside air I've changed expansion cable I. Front new compressor and dryer still doing same thing it did before changing. Had system vacuumed and recharged what's going on

Did you replace the orifice tube/expansion valve for the rear? It can also cause issues.

What are your pressures showing? I ask because it sounds like the head pressure could be getting too high or the low pressure too low indicating a leak from the repair. It could also be one of the pressure switches. This is why the pressures are important.

The only way it shuts off is the removal of the circuit breaker? Have you checked the relay? You should have a relay for the blower motor. It may be sticking. Give that a check and see if it is bad.

If the relay is good, let me know and I will go on the Navistar site and pull up a diagram.

If I am a little delayed, I apologize ahead of time. I have a family member in Hospice care and I am visiting her during this very difficult time.
