ok, it indicates an open in one of the heater circuits for the def heater.

it is common for the wires to break either at the def pump or at the 1 box where the lines attach to the metering block

look at all the connectors and behind each connector. you may have to peel back the insulation to find it. the wire usually breaks and the circuits open. check that

Diesel Exhaust Fluid Metering Unit Doser Heater Circuit Failed Open

  1. Disconnect the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) metering unit doser heater connector.
  2. Inspect the sensor harness for bent, spread, or corroded pins.
    1. If the pins are bent, spread, or corroded, repair as necessary.
    2. If connector shows no signs of damage, Go to step 3.
  3. Turn the ignition ON (key ON, engine OFF).
  4. Measure the voltage between pin 2 on the harness side of the DEF metering unit doser heater connector and ground.
    1. If the voltage is greater than 11.75 volts, Go to step 5.
    2. If the voltage is less than 11.75 volts, repair the wire between pin 2 on the harness side of the DEF metering unit doser heater and pin 39 of the ACM 120-pin connector.
  5. Measure the voltage between pin 1 on the harness side of the DEF metering unit doser heater connector and ground.
    1. If the voltage is between 2.25 and 2.50 volts, replace the DEF metering unit doser heater.Refer to section "Removal of the Diesel Exhaust Fluid Metering Unit Doser Heater" .
    2. If the voltage is not between 2.25 and 2.50 volts, repair the wire between pin 1 of the DEF metering unit doser heater connector and pin 16 of the ACM 120-pin connector.
