Good Morning, the temp sensors are located on the DPF assembly, they are a 2 wire sensor there should be one at the front of the DPF and one and the Rear of the DPF.

But the fault codes you are listing are DPF level 1 and level 2 soot, meaning the filter is clogging. This would have to be cleared by attempting to reset the faults and running a regen, are there any other fault codes present?
