The codes definitions tell you what circuit has the fault. Your aftertreatment circuit has a fault and regen is not possible. This will need to be corrected before full power will be restored by the ECM

So you already know what these codes mean and what circuits the faults indicate there are problems? So you do not want me to look them up? unfortunately you can not bypass this. The ECm would have to be reset and the fault is still there so the engine will derate again

is this mean the fluid lines for DEF is plugged ? it needs to be replaced / or need to be cleaned ?he just added 5 gallons of DEF .

Yes. Either plugged lines, Leaks, or pump problem not picking up the DEF

sometimes the DEF Doser is plugged..... In some cases a manual/parked regen may cure the problem

There is a test in Cummins Insite DEF Reductant Doser Prime Override Test / DEF Reductant Doser Pump Override Test Where the DEF doser is disconnected and the pump can be tested for proper flow etc with Cummins Insite connected to initiate the test.

it is 12:16 EST here. We can follow up as needed but i am logging out for the night. Your options are look for a restriction or leak and repair if found and if no leaks check for Def pump flow or signs of return pressure that it is working. If not you will need Cummins Insite connected for further troubleshooting
