Hello Wayne,
Expert:  Wayne replied 10 months ago.

Hi

Sorry for delay , had to pick up Grand Kids in pouring rain at school

My thoughts are that you have not turbo boost

check all the piping to the turbo, and remove the inlet side of turbo hose

ENGINE OFF, AND CHECK TURBINE WHEEL FOR PLAY , up/done side /to side

I hope this helped you

This truck goes only 10 miles hr and almost not moving by pedal at all.
Expert:  Wayne replied 10 months ago.

HI

Thank you for that

OH,OH,OH that was a missing key answer, I thought it was

sluggish on the road , no power

then yes it is a fuel issue, most likely is the transfer pump

have Mechanic check fuel pressure at the 1st filter

if low, replace the pump, if ok, then it is the injection pump,

which would need to be rebuilt,

I hope this helped you
