I have a 2000 379 C15 18speed fuller. I came home ,shut truck off and tried to start it again nothing. I was told it was my starter,so replaced it,tried to start it and nothing.

Thanks for asking your question. I will try and help you out.

If the starter is not the problem. You most likely have a failed starter relay. I've seen this many times. It's also possible the engine could have coolant on a piston. It's rare but I have seen it. I would try turning the engine by hand. If it will turn over. I would suspect the starter relay.
