Hi my name is ***** ***** will be glad to help. What are you getting for fault codes logged?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.

doesn't give me a code number , just tells me the etp does not agree with commanded position

Expert:  Daniel Wilson replied 10 months ago.

Try this. Push the diagnostic button in with key on water in fuel light will flash twice I think then engine light will flash three times to start code sequence. The code will flash in three numbers.....three flashes, one flash, then five flashes would be code 315.If more than one code is stored they are separated by two flashes of the water in fuel light, when all codes are read WNF light will flash three times. Write down all codes.

Throttle pedal to floor 5 times in 10 secs to erase old codes
it erases ALL codes

Let me know

Some of the newer models will not display codes unless they were built with that option. Click this link for the procedure . This may or may not work on your 2011. Let me know if you can get code numbers from the display

SPN FMI Condition Possible Causes

51 2 ETP feedback signal error • ETP signal fault• ETV failure

51 7 ETP does not agree with command position • Sticking or failed ETV

ETV Actuator Circuit Check

Connect breakout harness. Leave ETV disconnected. Turn ignition switch to ON. Use EST to monitor signal and DMM to measure voltage during Continuous Monitor test.

EST - Check DTC SPN 3464FMI 4If SPN 3464 FMI 3, check ETP signal for short to PWR.DMM - Measure volts1 to GND5 V ± 0.5 V If > 5.5 V, check VREF for short to PWR.If < 4.5 V, check VREF for OPEN or short to GND.
