Have a code of SPN 3216 FMI 4 AFT1 intake NOx. Truck is going into limp mode won't change out of second gear. Shut truck off does fine for few mins and then back to not shifting

This fault is an indication of either a faulty Nox sensor or harness issue. Inspect the sensor harness and if ok replace the sensor.

If the harness tests good then replace the Nox Sensor and run a regen and see if the fault goes away

Hi, I just logged in. I help on here as I am able in between jobs. See PDF page 175 in the link I posted. for a picture of your Nox sensors. There is inlet and outlet #1 is inlet between the turbo and DPF. If you have a pyrometer right at the turbo elbow dont confuse that with the Nox sensor. the picture will show you what you are looking for. Let me know if you need more help.
