I have a 2000International. truck that won't start when

I have a 2000International. truck that won't start when temperature gets below 45 degrees.I can use a heat gun to blow on the ECM then it will start.In the mean time I have replaced the ECM.Is there a heat sensor that sends a message to the ECM.What am

Yes there is a intake manifold sensor,

do you have glow plugs or heat mat on the manifold

you need to make sure that is working

the glow plugs have been checked and all working .I don't know what a heat mat is.I will try getting a heat sensor.Thanks I will let you know.
