how many miles on the engine

if you remove the oil fill cap do you see it puffing out

Anyway , as long as no puffing out the oil cap

I believe you issue is the crankcase pressure sensor

replace that

it is located on the right side of the engine,about the middle

it is between the alternator and the engine coolant temp sensor
