We started the bus, we hear a little bit of air, but it doesnt build up enough pressure. we tried to feed the air system, but still never heard if it was leaking anywhere. just wondering if there is a typical place, or if the brakes have a typical failure ....etc...

Ok, if it is not building up air

Replace the air governor on the compressor

our engine is a v-8 detroit diesel, would the pump still be in about the same location, again, it is a 1970 thanks
