check the delta P sensor. if the ports are clogged with soot, it will cause the idle to go up or down or surging as we call it, during the regen process.
did you replace the dpf or have it cleaned. did you reset the ash counts??
if the ports are clean, I would suspect a bad delta P sensor.
if you have someone monitor your codes activity, move the wire harness around and see if it clears or changes. common for harness to go bad and set these codes.
then I would look closely at the harness before assuming the acm is at fault.
were there any updates needed for the software???
do you have a shop??? you sounds like you have experience at this type of repair?
I have seen software do crazy things in my expierence.
