Hi my name is***** will be glad to help. That fault is an ICP Injection control pressure fault. If the ICP pressur is within specs while cranking then check the sensor and harness for problems.Try disconnecting the sensor so the ECM will go to default values and see if the engine will start. Other possible causes are listed below.

Code Description
Code is set when ICP system cannot build pressure during cranking.
ICP senses injection control pressure and sends pressure information to ECM and latter monitors ICP during engine operation to modulate IPR. In this closed loop function, ECM continuously monitors and adjusts for ideal ICP that is engine load, speed, and temperature dependent.
DTC Condition Possible Causes
2335 ICP unable to build during engine cranking ICP below 3.5 MPa during engine crank
Low high-pressure system oil supply
Faulty IPR circuit or valve
Defective high-pressure oil pump
On detection of sensor output signal indicating incorrect pressure, ECM sets a DTC that is accompanied by illumination of Amber engine light. At this condition, ECM ignores ICP signal and control IPR valve using programmed default values until fault is repaired.

What should the fuel pressure be at the rail

Spec is 66 PSI +-5 for fuel.
For the HPOP pressure specs:
Minimum ICP pressure for engine start-870
After engine warmed to stabilized temperature-low idle is 580psi + or - 75psi
High idle no load--1668psi+ or - 300 psi at stable operating temp
Full load rated speed on chassis dyno is 3408psi + or - 150
Maximum oil temp not to exceed 250 deg f.
