Hello and welcome to Just Answer! I would be more than happy to assist you today. When you changed the TPS did you calibrate it to the ecm?

What do u do to calibrate the tps to the ecm
Expert:  cumminsdr replied 1 year ago.
When the TPS is replaced it needs to be calibrated, Put the key in the on position (engine off) press the throttle 3 times slow and then key off. The TPS will now be calibrated

I calibrate it and its still doing the same thing could it be a relay?

Would the vehicle speed sensor have anything to do with this cause the cruise control dosnt work either

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your concerns.
You have something going on that is going to need a deeper look into this.
You will need to connect a laptop and test with the key off what the percentage is showing on the TPS to see if the issue is actually related to the TPS, harness, ECM, or engine. There is no real easy way to have this resolved since you already tried the calibration method.
