at about 1550 rpms
the clutch is not loose

the engine is in a 2002 international 9200i semi truck

Hi Thank You for that

Best way to try to pin point this
is remove the fan belt from alternator
This noise can be a Alternator , bearing,
or the Fan clutch Bearing,
and would not be loose
let me know your findings
