Are ther any signs of coolant in your crank case oil? fuel in your radiator? If you are getting white smoke then the coolant is either entering your combustion chamber ( head gasket, etc) or it is leaking into your exhast system through the EGR system and burning in your exhaust. Is it throwing any codes?

No coolant any where else but code 128

That means you have an active fault present. You will need to pull your codes to see what codes are logged in memory. Try pulling the codes using your set recume cruise control switches if possible. If not, you will need to have a scan tool plugged in to retrieve your codes. With the ignition switch on , hold your set resume switch until the check engine light blinks. It will then start in diagnostic mode and blink your codes. Example: blink blink blink.... pause blink blink..... pause blink would be code 321 and then onto the next code. It will repeat. Here is the manual to assist you (copy and paste in your browser) http://www.ddcsn.com/cps/rde/xbcr/ddcsn/1-mbe900-05a.pdf Let me know if you need further assistance.
