I am curious about what kind of reliability reports you are getting about the new Isuzu NPR HD EFI engines. In your opinion would it be okay to pull a hitch mount 16" trailer with 4500# XXXXX with the 5.15 rear end ratio with this truck. I have 5 Isuzu 2003 to 2007 Isuzu NPR HD and have been very happy with their performance.

Hi sorry it took this long to respond but from this side we see very few question regarding Isuzu they are normally simple problems nothing major I would not worry about buying one myself I worked at Chicago Kenworth for 14years and we were a Isuzu Dealer and only had problems with 1 year were there were major problems with one of there engines back in 1987 since we had hardly any other problems except clutches there was one year with bad clutches since then no problems that were involving more then single units.Your next question will it pull with that trailer as long as it is a flat bed with a fork lift on it you will be happy with its performance the newer engine is better then what you have and still no major problems good on fuel and very reliable I hope I answered to your satisfaction if theres anything else let me know thanks spanky
