Red scaly dry spots on hands after cutting pine firewood .they have gotten worse over the last three weeks

About six weeks ago I begab to get a series of small, very itchy, welt like bumps on the outer thigh of my left leg. They developed singularly but at one time I had six or seven there. Then one on my stomach and later one on my buttock. My primary sent me to a dermatologist but by the time I got to see him, I had only one on the inner part of my left thigh. His diagnosis was that it was either Psoriasis or an effect from something in my daily medicines. The Desonide Cream he prescribed worked well and the sore was gone in less than a week.

After a clean week another one appeared on the inner part of my left arm midway between wrist and elbow on Sunday morning. The welt is red and smaller than a dime coin, but the itch extends to an area larger than a Silver Dollar coin.

I have never seen Psoriasis, but friends who have, say this doesn't look anything like it.

i have two little black dots on the shaft of my penis but they are flat and dont itch. could it be hpv or something else. they just appeared and i thought they would go away but its been three months now and they havent changed in shape or size.
