Could you help my identify this rash/advise me if it's necessary to visit a dermatologist? I will try to attach a picture. It broke out about 20 hours ago: lots of little bumps that covered my arm, shoulder, and back. They were flesh-colored at first but are getting redder. There were some weird indentations/lines in my skin as well that I don't know if they are related. They did not itch at all at first and now only itch a little. I tried showering, and changing clothes, and a Benadryl which seemed to help a small amount but not significantly. No changes in detergent, soap, perfume, or environment, although I do work with children... The only unusual thing I ate that day was a packet of Emergen-C which was expired.
