JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I'm the daughter, and all I can tell you is she has arthertis

She's sleeping now but im still way concerned abt her?

History of vertigo?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Not sure if it's the same as Meniere's disease she has had this

Okay, that is certainly a possibility. I saw she was on meclizine so figured she had some history of vertigo. Was the dizziness (I feel like I'm moving but not) or lightheadness (I think I'm going to pass out) ?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Jus feeling like things r spinning

Ok well I would not worry. If tomorrow she is still having symptoms and the meclizine is not working, then make an appt with her doc. There are office maneuvers they may be able to do that can help. If however she is severely dizzy, vomiting, shaking of the eyes then would be suspicious of a stroke. But it does not sound like she that these type of extreme symptoms.

Reevaluated her in the morning. When she is up have her move her head from side to side and if shes not feeling dizzy, then the episode has passed.

She did say that she felt more tired than usual, is aspirin wht u give for stroke or is that heart attack?

If she was having chest pain, thats different

Their is no need to consider this as being a stroke or heart attack. But yes giving an aspirin is for a stroke or heart attack
