I originally thoIght the ones in my armpits were because I started using all natural deodorant. Then the one on my face made me think possible spider bite or fungal infection.?
Expert:  Dr Basu replied 10 days ago.

The facial spot is round with sharp merging. I am not able to see any scaling around the patch. And there is no pain. So this can be a fungal infection.
The armpit spots look little different. Hence they can be either allergic or fungal infection related.

You should start a anti fungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice daily for 10 days. If you seen any improvement that will suggest fungal infection. Longer application may be required in some cases.
Otherwise, they can be allergy related spots which will respond to topical steroid cream like hydrocortisone or stronger ones by prescription.
Best wishes
