Hi there.. However I have clicking on chest because of this is that something i should be concerned about?

Dear,

To be honest, such symptoms are not related with any serious issue.

Please be relaxed and follow measures, as advised in previous post.

Such sensation in chest, can be related with- Costochondritis. It is an inflammation of the cartilage joining ribs to chest bone. It is this inflammation that causes the pains inside the chest wall.

To treat this condition doctor advise for medications. These are-
-Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like- Motrin, Naproxen ,Aleve.
-Antidepressants, specifically tricyclic antidepressants, are very helpful.
-Muscle relaxants, are also very helpful in such cases.

Such symptoms are not indicative of any serious issue.

God bless you and take care.

No thats it really.. For the anxiety im trying to battle it naturally with no medication as i would refuse to take that route. I blame poor eating, maybe lack of excercise and smoking (as nicotine can effect it) so i stopped smoking.. Definitely a start. The reassurance was worth every penny and im not religious but the god bless you gave me some strange relief. Thank you
