Well i understand your concern. With ageing its quite natural especially in females as the estrogen levels decline , it makes the bones weaker.
This can lead to leg weakness. The same happens with the muscles.
Longstanding diabetes even if well controlled can lead to muscle weakness.
I would recommend you to take calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements for this.
