I am at two weeks post flu and finished a course of zithromax for strep c infection. I am still having myalgia in evening and sweats at night. This really took me down. I did have blood work done. Dr said everything seemed ok but was curious about a result i had. My immature granulocyte percent washigh. Is this a cause for concern considering my symptoms. Should I be worried about a systemic infection or can this just occur after being sick etc. Thanks.. I pasted my results for your viewing. thank you.Component Results

Hello! My name is***** to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with the reply momentarily.

Immature Granulocytes Percent 0.4 % is marginally high. This occurs in even mild infection. This is neither significant nor serious. The investigations are never seen in isolation. These need to be corroborated with the other investigations (which are all normal) in your case. So nothing worrisome here.
