Customer Question

I have spit into the bottle for my DNA test and screwed the lid on, but the blue solution is not going down into the saliva. I don't know what to do about it.

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried one phone number I found on line. A voice indicated that there is a high volume of interest etc. tonite, so they suggested I go on line, and here I am.

video may help

you may have to take off the tape and try to retighten the top lid to release the blue buffer.

if this doesn't work, you may have to contact the DNA test kit and ask them to resend another tube.
