Dear Pearl, thanku for speaking with me.
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: Pearl I am currently suffering with agoraphobia (very difficult to leave my house) constantly paranoid. Not to mention my severe anxiety and panic attacks on public tansport, shopping centres etc...
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Is there anything in particular that seems to make the symptoms better or worse?
Customer: I have long been trying to take more of a holistic approach ie couselling, deep breathing exercises and its just getting worse. I have had to leave My wondeful job has its just been to hard. Im thinking Im going to need to maybe think of Medication this time. Its starting to ruin my quality of life ūüė¶ūüė¶

it does sound like your symptoms are severe.

it sounds like you have taken zoloft before? did that help before?

do you have a doctor you can see to go back on zoloft or paxil to help with your symptoms?
