Customer Question

I hurt my back moving furniture and it is very painful trying to get up out of a chair or bed. What is the best thing to take? I have been taking anti in but it is not helping.
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: Since Sat after I had moved a large sofa, chair and recliner. I had no pain before then. It doesn't seem to hurt oo much when I am sitting, bit when I get up.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

how old are you?

are you male or female?

you should alternate heat and ice pack son your back

you can try 200-600mg of ibuprofen 2-3 times a day with food and plenty of water

you can take tylenol as well.

if your pain doesn't get better, you should see a doctor and get an exam. you may need an MRI scan of your back to check for compressed nerves and slipped disks in your back.
